Welcome! Let me introduce myself - I am a painter/art educator, dividing my year with summers in Rock Hall Maryland , and winters in Islamorada, Florida Keys. My preferred mediums are watercolors, acrylics and silk painting.; dabbling with oils also. Having spent most of my adult life on or near the water, my images often reflect water, beaches, boats, and the people who work and play on and near the water. Light, Shadow, movement and color are the foundations of my painting style.
My paintings are in collections in Florida, France, South Africa, New York, California, Maryland, Bahamas and more.
Many of my paintings have been reproduced in limited edition prints and are very affordable.
Group and private lessons for adults and children can be arranged.
